Are You Having a Financial Emergency? Get A Payday Loan!

Almost everyone has had it happen to them. When you don’t have any money, your car breaks or you get sick and need to pay to go to the doctor or for a prescription. A payday loan can be the perfect solution for these times.

A payday loan can provide the funds that you need

When an emergency happens or some unexpected expense can’t be avoided, many people look for a payday loan. Maybe relatives from out of town stopped by, and you need to fill the fridge and pantry with extra food, or your kid needs cash for school or sports expenses in the next few days. When you don’t have enough cash, and payday is a week or two away, the best solution is to get an advance from a company that specializes in these loans. It’s easy to apply online, and most people are approved if they are employed or have regular income.

How it works

A payday loan is designed to help meet cash needs between paydays. It is possible to get up to $1,000, and there are no credit checks. Besides having a minimum monthly income of $1,000, the borrower must be 18 years of age or older and must have a checking account or savings account with direct deposit. The borrower must also be a U.S. citizen. After approval, the funds are deposited into one of these accounts by direct deposit within one day. The loan is due in full on your next payday, but it is sometimes possible to get an extension by paying the interest and part of the loan, or the interest only. In the case that a borrower wants to repay before the due date, he or she can do this, and a partial refund of the interest may be returned.

Apply online

Getting a cash advance from an online company is very fast and easy. There is no need to stand in line and wait because the application is completed on their website. The application is short because most information about you is gotten online as well. This means no embarrassing phone calls to your employer, no credit checks, and no need for you to spend money faxing documents to them. After you complete the application, an email confirmation and approval is sent to you in about 30 minutes in most cases. Then, the next day the funds will be in your checking account or savings account. The money can be spent any way that the borrower decides to spend it. It is a very simple way to get through a cash shortage when something comes up. The next time that you’re paid, repay the loan. It’s that easy!

Using these companies

A reliable company will tell you that these advances are for emergencies or very urgent situations. They are not meant to be used every week or two to provide extra cash. The fees for borrowing $300 are between $75 and $90. Although paying the fees may be justified for an urgent situation, most people would not want to pay them regularly. In a pinch, a payday loan can be a great solution for anyone who needs cash.

DaKine Heli Pro DLX

Dakine Backpacks

Let’s face it. If you are spending your hard earned money on high-end equipment of the mountain or slopes, then you want the very best you can get for your dollar. You want it to function flawlessly, last virtually forever, and look awesome. And not all companies are producing the high quality packs necessary for the serious players that alternative and extreme sports attract. The equipment made for these extremists must be made using the highest standards and quality that can be found.

Think about it, these are some of the most demanding sports that any athlete can endure. Since you demand the most from the sport, you should demand that your equipment perform the best, last the longest, and look the greatest while you are using it. Lesser materials or workmanship could leave you in a bad location with a bad situation. Never a good thought.

The people at DaKine know all this and have developed the Heli Pro series of packs with all this in mind. There are other styles, rest assured. But, the Heli Pro DLX is the one that will surely catch your eye. A must for your wish list.

DaKine also got Eric Pollard to come in and throw an idea down with their designers and in a flash they had the Heli Pro DLX – Eric Pollard. Virtually identical in every aspect to the DLX, excepting Eric’s unique eye for color and graphics.

Built for those who truly love skiing, there are multiple ways to carry a board. Skis can easily be secured using ski carries that will retract when you don’t need them. Special spots for the tools and equipment you’ll need, like the easily accessible quick draw ice axe sleeve. There’s also an external pocket for other tools or a snow shovel.

The waist belt is nicely padded for extra comfort and there are pockets for your goggles and sunglasses, both are fleece lined to protect your lenses from scratches. There’s a pocket for your water bottle or you can purchase an optional reservoir that fits an insulated pocket in the pack.

The whole package comes in at a lightweight 3 pounds, how’s that for keeping your load lighter? The size of the Heli Pro’s works nicely, too. At 21″ long, 11″ wide. and 5.5″ deep it has a capacity of 1200 cubic inches. If a person isn’t inclined toward Eric’s sense of color they aren’t stuck with just a couple of alternatives either. There is sure to be a color that will please your sense of fashion, and there are colors for the girls too, not just the guys.

At Dakine they know that in alternative and extreme sports the demands can wear on equipment pretty fast. So they make their packs from 600D polyester for durability. They insure that every pack they sell is only the highest quality workmanship and every seam and liner is inspected. As a subsidiary of Billabong there is a long tradition of only the highest quality products being handed to the customer. A tradition they aren’t intending to break.

My name is Allan Stewart and I have several websites dedicated to health and well being for people and pets as well as product information.

Judgment Debtors With Common Names And Socials

I am not a lawyer, I am a judgment referral expert (Judgment Broker). This article is based on my experience in California. Laws vary in each state, and nothing in any of my articles should ever be considered legal advice. This article is my opinion about how to work around the problem of debtors having common names, or using the same names or Social Security Numbers of their parents, grandparents, or kids.

When a kid is named Barry Clark and his father is also named Barry Clark and his grandfather is named Barry Clark; it is perhaps cute, perhaps sentimental, and perhaps it can make it more difficult for creditors to collect from the right Barry Clark. It is too bad that dates of birth, and at least partial Social Security Numbers are not put on most judgments by courts.

Some debtors use a relative’s Social Security Number, or one from an unrelated person, to evade creditors. Even if your debtor is a “scammer” and uses someone else’s or multiple Social Security numbers, there is not much you can do about it.

In theory, intentionally using someone else’s or multiple Social Security Numbers (SSNs) is illegal. However, in real life – unless one uses multiple SSNs to defraud the government, a big business, or a VIP – law enforcement rarely does anything to the average person who uses fake SSNs – or even those who commit perjury.

Making threats is illegal. One cannot threaten, or threaten to notify others, for example the police or the IRS, for the purpose of getting a judgment paid.

There are many laws that restrict disclosing information about a debtor’s debt to third parties. What happens when you have a judgment debtor whose name is the same as his father’s name? If you mail them a letter or anything else, how do you know the right person will open it? If you call them to negotiate a payment plan, how do you know you are talking to the right person?

This same-named debtor problem occurs fairly often. If you know the age of the debtor, perhaps their middle name is different. When you call or write, use their middle name, or use Jr. or Sr. If they ask why you want to talk to the debtor, say it is a business transaction.

If the debtor says they are the right person (the person named on the judgment), make sure they sound “right”, a 22-year old should sound different than a 50-year old. If you are sure you are speaking to the right person, recite the “Mini-Miranda”, and ask them how they plan to repay this judgment debt.

Google “Mini Miranda”. When speaking with the debtor, you need to recite the Mini Miranda to them. Also include the Mini Miranda (and in California, the Rosenthal Act) on your first written correspondence to the judgment debtor (for example a payment plan agreement letter).

Then, prepare to hear lies, including what a SOB the original judgment creditor was, how they were not served, how they are poor, and be sad, mad, etc. There is a 10% chance they will offer to pay you, and a 2% chance they will really pay you as they promised.

If you call a judgment debtor, never lie about who you are, and do not let them believe you are associated with any entity that you are not part of. It is ok to tell them you are an investigator with your own company. Tell them that you are trying to contact (debtor’s name).

You can proceed with your investigative call by saying “we need to confirm that we are speaking with the correct individual, can I kindly ask you for your year of birth?” As a first step, you are just trying to confirm that you have the correct individual.

Once you have confirmed that you are speaking with the correct debtor, try being nice and working with them on a payment plan. You might say they qualify for a voluntary payment plan instead of normal enforcement procedures.

Poor Sleep and Weight Gain

Ever notice how hungry you feel when you don’t get enough sleep? Did you know that when we are sleep-deprived we eat more because we are actually hungrier? Yes, it’s true. Chronic sleep loss disrupts the body’s endocrine system by triggering increased insulin resistance and a disruption of appetite regulating hormones. Lack of sleep leads to a rise in ghrelin, the hormone that turns on hunger and a restriction in leptin, the hormone that makes you feel full. And since we are awake longer hours and are often sedentary in that extra waking time we consume more calories than we burn. The result-weight gain.

Mounting evidence suggests that lack of sleep has multiple effects that can all result in weight gain. When our internal clock is disrupted, it may throw of many bodily functions including metabolism, hormonal balance, brain chemistry, cognitive function and immunity. Chronic sleep deprivation may lead to irritability, anxiety and depression-all contributors to emotional eating.

According to a 2006 study of over 68,000 women from the Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, women who slept less than five hours a night were 32 percent more likely to gain 33 pounds or more over the 16-year study period than women who slept at least seven hours a night. The bottom line: the more you sleep, the better your body can regulate the chemicals that control hunger, fullness and fat storage.

Sleep is often the first thing we give up when we are short on time. With increasing stress, intense deadlines and 24/7 connectivity via cell phones and the internet, it seems there just aren’t enough hours in the day. And yet, adequate sleep is one of the most important aspects of weight maintenance and good health.

So, just how much sleep do we need? While there are no hard and fast rules and individual needs may vary, the National Sleep Foundation recommends that most adults get seven to nine hours of sleep per night. The amount of sleep you need may be more or less;it’s the amount you need to feel rested, refreshed and alert.

You can make sleep (and weight loss) a higher priority by improving your sleep habits with the following strategies:

1) Work with your circadian rhythms. While most of us can’t go to bed when the sun is setting, we can aim to go to bed as early as possible, set a bed time we can adhere to and begin calming down and dimming lights to aid our bodies sleep-producing hormonal system.

2) Maintain a quiet, dark and comfortable environment for restful sleep. Consider black-out shades if the room has too much light.

3) Reduce your consumption of stimulants such as caffeine, chocolate and nicotine early in the day.

4) Notice if certain foods, vitamins, medications and alcohol affect your getting a restful night’s sleep and adjust if need be.

5) Adjust habits such as exercising late in the day or stimulating activity in the evening if you are having difficulty getting quality sleep.

6) Try journaling during the day or early in the evening to reduce overwhelm and anxiety. Put to paper feelings and thoughts that are troubling, even if they are chronic. Remind yourself you can think of them tomorrow and that you have control over you mind.

7) Try natural sleep aids such as Valerian root and herbal teas and

8) Consult your health-care practitioner if you are experiencing chronic insomnia, which can be the result of a medical or psychological illness.

Just like eating, sleep is a natural, life-sustaining process. Try to make sleep a priority and schedule it just like you would any other activity. Otherwise, the sleep you lose may lead to the pounds you gain.

The Myth About Recycled USB Flash Memory

One of the most common questions that come up when buying USB Flash Drives to the supplier is – Do you use recycled memory? But what actually is Recycled Memory? Recycled Memory is a term that has come into existence in the last year or two, but not many people actually know what it means, they think they do, but most of the time they will find themselves mistaken.

Most people associate something that is recycled as something that has been used once and is then converted into something that can be used again, but on this occasion this is not the case. If you think about it, the whole concept is unfeasible, there’s no USB recycle bin next to the recycled bottle and tin bins! People don’t recycle USB’s, the only real time people get rid of them is when they are either lost or thrown away because they are faulty. If USB’s are returned to a factory as being faulty, it’s not an item that can be easily repaired. The time and effort that would need to go in to repairing USB’s would far outweigh any benefit that can be gained from reselling them.

A more accurate term for “Recycled Memory” would be “Downgraded Memory”. When a company such as Samsung manufacture a flash chip, it must meet a certain standard to be classed as Tier 1 or Grade A, it is rated on criteria such as read/write speed and actual memory capacity. If the chip doesn’t meet these standards then it is possible to use software to downgrade the chip to the memory size below, for example: a 2GB memory chip with low capacity will be downgraded to a 1GB chip with full capacity.

The problem with downgrading the chips is that it hides floors in the USB, it may appear to be a working 1GB USB, but there is a much higher chance that there will be problems when transferring files and the chip is much more likely to fail. The problems usually occur when you try to transfer across large files and the transfer is interrupted half way through.

Recycled memory is also not to be confused with a recycled USB Flash Drive where the recycled refers to the casing, NOT the electrical components inside. This type of flash drive is very much welcomed as it is good for the environment, but doesn’t affect the performance of the USB.

When ordering USB Flash Drives from companies in the US or Europe, you are unlikely to encounter these sort of problems as these companies would soon get a bad reputation and a bad reputation is hard to hide in this age of the internet. Companies that go direct to the factory in China with no way to check the quality of the USB’s until they arrive to them are more susceptible to this sort of problem as they have almost no legal come back against the factories. The pricing may be a lot lower, but the quality of the USB Flash Drive you receive can be a lottery. It is a shame that these cowboy factories give the legitimate factories a bad name.

How To Choose The Best Cargo Trailer

Cargo trailers are all used for hauling cargo and are all hitched behind a truck or SUV. The type, size, and amount of cargo being hauled and the type of truck being used will help determine how to choose the best cargo trailer for your needs.

Here we’ll outline some of the most common types of available on the market in order to help you become more aware of your choices. Many trailers can be customized to better fit your specific needs but starting with the most appropriate model for your usage is the best first step you can take. You will get a trailer that comes closest to meeting your requirements and adding on options will likely get you just what you envisioned.

If you have very particular requirements, you’ll want to shop for a new trailer rather than a used product and you’ll want to make sure that the company offers the exact add-on options you need. Some companies will offer package deals while others will allow you to pick and choose from the options they offer so you get only the extras you want and need. Check with the companies you’re shopping to find out how they offer their extras and add-on options. Here are the general types of cargo trailers available for purchase:

Enclosed Trailer – this is ideal for protecting more valuable cargo or for cargo that can’t be exposed to the elements during storage or travel. Enclosed trailers can be modified on the interior to accommodate specific cargo and can be transformed into a car trailer, motorcycle trailer, ATV or snowmobile trailer.

Open Deck Equipment Trailer – this includes open model utility and landscape trailers as well as flatbed trailers used to haul equipment or machinery.

Horse Trailer – transporting horses requires a very specialized trailer designed for the safety and comfort of the horses. There are single, 2, 3, 4, 6, and larger horse trailers as well as horse trailers with living quarters for long and frequent traveling.

Stock Trailer – livestock comes in all shapes and sizes and also requires a specialized kind of trailer for transporting. Stock trailers are available in a variety of sizes and styles to ensure the safety and comfort of the animals.

Dump Trailer – these are ideal for jobs that require hauling and dumping but do not necessarily require a full size dump truck. They are great for farm work, golf course and property maintenance, home construction jobs and other small to medium sized projects. Dump trailers come in standard or low-profile models and in a variety of sizes.

All Aluminum Trailer – many trailers are made from a hybrid of steel and aluminum which are very sturdy and resilient. Trailers constructed from all aluminum, however, are more lightweight, more resistant to rust and corrosion, and are often used when showmanship is a priority, as with an antique car or racing car.

There are varieties in size, style, and models within each of these categories, but understanding the scope of choices can help you determine how to choose the best cargo trailer. We hope this has been a helpful guide and we hope you find the best cargo trailer for your needs. Happy trailer shopping!

How Computer Cleaning Can Benefit Your Business Or Franchise

Owners of a small business or franchise are in the position to make a number of decisions that will affect profits, expenditures and the wellness of employees. One of the easiest, though often overlooked, decisions to make to benefit your business is to invest in computer cleaning services.

Think about your office for a moment… Do you give your computers and phones the same janitorial attention your give your carpets and toilets? Probably not. Many businesses skip this service simply because unsanitary technology is not as immediately obvious as dirty carpets. It is however, twice as damaging to your business and simply by maintaining clean and hygienic computers you can save a good deal of money in the long run.

Employee

Here’s something you probably didn’t want to know: compared to the seats on your company’s toilet, your telephone receiver is covered in about 400x more bacteria. Simply because of the amount of contact these surfaces receive, they collect germs like nothing else in the office. Consider how close a phone receiver is held to your face, and how often your staff sneezes and coughs directly over their keyboards.

The ease through which germs can pass around the office through technology means that colds and flus are likely to infect a number of your staff whenever one person comes in with a sore throat and a cough. An easy way to avoid losing revenue while staff take sick days is simply to avoid the sick days in the first place: keep the technology clean.

Technology Performance

Humans are not the only ones who benefit from regular technology cleaning–your computers do too. In addition to cleaning away bacteria and germs, dust and crumbs will also be taken care of. If left uncleaned, dust and dirt can build up and affect the performance of your computers.

One of the most common computer malfunctions is overheating. What happens is that dust accumulates in the fan and jams its function. Without the fan cooling the computer, it overheats and breaks. This serves as an example of how regular technology cleaning can save you money on maintenance down the road.

Appearance is also important when it comes to the maintenance of your computers. If you have dirty and scratched technology,. your staff are less likely to treat it gently. Reducing wear and tear on your computers can be as easy as removing the crumbs from the keyboard.

Computer Cleaning Services

Before attempting to clean the technology around your office, you should carefully read any owners manuals you have. It’s important to take care here, since these items are easily broken. And set aside a good deal of time to correctly clean your computers and phones–rushing the process could lead to costly mistakes.

Rather than investing in the tools and know-how to do it yourself, many commercial cleaning companies offer technology cleaning as a part of their service. These companies can help you maintain health and uninterrupted workflow in the office.

Family Safety Kits: Three Things to Look For Before You Buy

If you’ve never been the victim of a burglary, then you don’t understand. You don’t understand that it’s not the disruption, the visits from the police, the loss of property, or even the damage to your home that is the real problem. The worst thing about a burglary, even one where nothing irreplaceable was taken, where you were fully insured, and where no real damage was done, is that someone got in. Someone went through your drawers. Someone was in your stuff. The sense of violation can be overwhelming.

So the best home security kits provide alarms which not only protect, they deter. They also provide safe places to keep your most precious possessions. I can still remember being burglarized in 1989 because of the way it made me feel. The criminals failed to find some items because I had kept them in an odd place, my nightstand had a secret drawer. Now you can get the same effect.

1. Diversions Safes. A diversion safe looks like a household object, but is in some way hollow, allowing you to store cash, jewelry or other valuables in plain sight. An example I’ve seen is a convincing book. Open it and there’s a space for valuables. Diversion safes also come in the guise of cans of household chemicals, beauty products and even popular drinks.

2. Batteries. It’s a strange thing, but most people don’t buy a household security kit until after they have been victimized. It’s understandable; you want to feel safe and secure again, so always choose a kit which says it includes all the necessary batteries and power supplies. That way you can deploy all the equipment right away and start feeling the benefit of your purchase.

3. Instructions. Having the right equipment is one thing, knowing how to use it is another. If you don’t know the right way to use security equipment you can make yourself more vulnerable, not less. Always look for a kit which includes full instructions, preferably in DVD form so you can actually see the equipment being used.

The web has made it easy to find the essentials you need to protect your home, but not all web sites provide the information you require to use the equipment properly. Always choose a supplier with experience and knowledge in the security field as well as a wide selection. The safety of your home and family is something that deserves expert guidance.
