Do you ever get that feeling that you’re banging your head against a wall when it comes to making money?

I don’t know about you but I have just about tried everything, eBay, MLM, selling products on websites, sure I made a little money but not the RICHES I saw OTHER people make..

I even got made into a GOLD powerseller on eBay a few years back selling diet pills, and pills that were designed to enhance parts of your anatomy, If you know what I mean – My customers were getting slimmer – some bigger in parts – but my bank account was getting smaller & smaller.

Now, I didn’t think you went into business to downsize, so I knew I must have been doing something wrong – right? It was not until I went into Internet Marketing that I realised the potential of Marketing anything on the Internet was HUGE!

I know eBay has huge traffic, but you still have to get your offer seen, you still have to deliver content & sales copy that KILLS..What I do now is to use a combination of Social Marketing (Twitter & Facebook etc) combined with GIVING (yes giving) digital products (ebooks etc) away as an incentive for people to join my list.

I have a squeeze page produced – this is like a one page website with space for the customers name & email address, they fill in the blanks because they WANT the free product on the other side.

When they have entered their details into my page, they are automatically sent to the free product download page, this is a quality product that I put together myself in pdf format. The customer is happy, I am happy as the customer is now a member of my email list and will get a regular newsletter from me with interesting tips plus my special offers.

You see, back in the days when I was just a seller on eBay, I advertised, I sold – I didn’t think of the long term, that’s why when the recession came along, my business went south, with me in it.

You need to build a lasting relationship with your customer, help them to achieve THEIR goals and YOU will achieve yours.
